Energy performance

As Lantern Court is under construction, any energy performance information shown on this website is based on a predicted assessment of the design. A full On Construction Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) will be produced for each apartment and made available on practical completion.

Tenure, ground rent and charges

The apartments at Lantern Court are offered for sale on a long leasehold basis. Any new long lease is granted subject to a peppercorn (nil) ground rent, in accordance with the Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022.

Owners will contribute to the cost of maintaining the building and any shared areas and services through a service charge, and where applicable an estate charge. The lease length, the service charge and any other sums payable will be set out in the legal documentation for each apartment and confirmed by your solicitor before you commit to a purchase.

Prices quoted on this website are correct at the time of publication but may change without notice, and all apartments are offered subject to availability and to contract.
